Welcome to Big Balloon! We are so happy to have you as a customer. These are our Terms of Service (“Terms”) which apply to all customers of Big Balloon [ABN 91386260231]. By using our Website and Services, you are agreeing to these Terms together with any other terms and conditions and policies we publish. “You” could be any customer of ours. If you do not agree, unfortunately you cannot purchase any of our Products online.

It is your sole responsibility to supervise all children. We are not liable for any Loss or Damage, including but not limited to any injuries such as choking hazards, that may occur when children are using or playing with balloons.

BEFORE PURCHASE

Things you should know before you purchase anything from Big Balloon:

you need to be18 years or older to purchase alcohol from our website
inhaling helium gas may have negative effects on your body
you need to be aware of the potential hazards of helium balloons
any discount code or promotion code can only be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after the purchase
once you place an order, we may not be able to cancel it, as it will already have been processed and paid for by us

How does the whole process works?

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Once you place an order and the payment is successful, we will process it and you will receive an email confirmation. Once the order is processed, we will deliver your order to your doorstep on the date you have selected. We will text you 30 minutes before we arrive at your doorstep.
